We’d love for you to join us.
Worship Gatherings Sundays at 10:30am at Antioch Community Center (5023 Blue Hole Rd, Antioch, TN 37013) & groups in homes during the week
We know visiting a new place can be intimidating, especially if you’ve never been to church or not been in a while.
We’re a small, nondenominational church committed to practicing the way of Jesus together.
Check out below to see what to expect, and don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.
You can also let us know you’re coming by clicking on that “plan a visit” button at the top of the screen.
We’ll have a small gift for you on your first visit.
A Safe Place for Questions
We’re a church for people of all backgrounds and with all types of questions. In everything we do, we seek to be a place where you can belong before you believe. Whether you’re spiritually curious, a committed Jesus follower, or someone who grew up in church but hasn’t been in a while, we want to walk with you in your journey.
Questions You Might Have

We are located at the Antioch Community Center (5023 Blue Hole Rd., Antioch, TN 37013), right across the street from Antioch Middle School. There will be plenty of signs to show you where to go when you get here.
Each week, you will experience inspiring music, an encouraging message, and friendly people. The service typically runs about an hour. An average service begins with a worship song and a greeting, followed by a couple more worship songs. We then continue with a 30 minute sermon, one or two additional worship songs, and a prayer of blessing over your life. Once every six weeks or so, we take communion during the service.
We suggest arriving a few minutes before the service begins to allow for parking, restrooms, etc. We want you to be able to find a comfortable seat, and you’ll probably feel more acclimated to the room if you have a few minutes to adjust before the service begins. You might even make a new friend!
Wear whatever is comfortable for you. Most people dress casually (e.g., jeans). If you’d rather dress up, that’s great too.
Absolutely! Children 6 weeks to 4 years old have their own activities designed especially for them in New City Kids, our children’s ministry.
Kids 5 and up can join us in the worship service. We’ll have tables in the back for your family as well as some coloring sheets for your kids.
If you wish to bring your younger children with you to the adult service on your first visit, that’s fine too! We are thankful to have your family join us. If you have children attending New City Kids, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes in advance of our 10:30 AM service to get your children registered, because safety first! Kids check-in is located right inside our main entrance. You can’t miss it! All our kids’ workers are trained and background checked and so excited to serve in our kids’ ministry.
Not at all! In fact, we don’t even pass an offering plate during our services. Instead, we provide an offering box positioned conveniently on the back wall, so people can give if they’d like. Many people use our online giving option as well. Any offerings we receive support the full range of ministries we offer in the church and community, and around the world. As our guest, we want you to come and get to know us, without feeling any pressure to have to give.
No, we’re not going to call you out, make you wave, stand up, or anything like that. However, we’d like to encourage you to fill out a digital Connect Card when you visit. No pressure though.
You’ll receive a small gift as our way of saying that we’re really glad you came. To pick yours up, drop by the Next Steps Table after the service. We’ll also make a small donation to a charity in your honor.
You can belong here before you believe. We’re glad that you’re even considering joining us. If you haven’t been to church in a while or never have been, that’s ok. You’re welcome here. We’d be so thrilled to have you join us as you explore faith! We believe you’ll be blessed by it. You can bring all your questions and doubts, and you’ll often find we talk about our questions and doubts in our worship gatherings.
You can connect with a growth group by visiting our groups page on our website or by visiting the Next Steps table after worship services. We also have something called the Alpha Course, that is geared toward asking big questions about God and life. If you’re wanting to explore your faith, this is a great, safe place to do that. Groups are currently on pause for the summer, but will begin back in August.
We get it. We won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but we hope at least we were able to make you feel welcome during your visit. If you’d like, we’re happy to help connect you with other local churches based on what you and your family are looking for.
